'Doctors also have the right to feel valued and acknowledged.'

I’m Melinda Lawler, a highly experienced doctor's coach.

I run a private, confidential coaching practice, where I enable doctors to build on their personal strengths and re-engage with the original feelings that led them to do medicine.

I work with doctors of all grades on personal support, career advice, exam technique, interview skills, advanced communication skills and perhaps most importantly, day to day work/life balance.

I work holistically with a relational style of coaching. I use a psychodynamic approach and believe strongly that my clients have everything they need to move forward in their lives.

I am part of the Professional Support and Wellbeing Service in Oxford, under the umbrella of Health Education England and have coached doctors who have required extra support for many years.

I practice from my home in Marlow, Buckinghamshire and work with doctors across the Oxford and London Deaneries.
